I can't find my nail file! This must be the fourth one I've misplaced, and I must say, I am getting a little upset.
I've had a string of bad luck lately. Not only have I lost my nail file yet again, but a very unpleasant man pulled me over the other day and gave me a speeding ticket. I flashed him my most winning smile but to no avail--he mocked me to my face, and gave me that ridiculous piece of paper that I very nearly stuck in the paper shredder upon reaching my home, I was so angry! I was only going thirty over the speed limit, what's his problem?
As if that weren't enough, my cake just fell. It was going to be a beautiful, delicious strawberry- cream concoction of my own invention, a great masterpiece of masterpieces in the world of baked goods, and fate has once again determined that I, Ayame, the most beautiful, brave, persevering, hardworking and clever man of this century be denied this simple pleasure in life. If there was a way to sue Karma, I would find it. Because I am being shamefully misrepresented. :(
Cross your fingers, people. Tomorrow better be much, much better or I am going to have to do something drastic!

I'm not afraid to beg.
I had a mostly lovely visit with Shigure and the kids the other night. But I am a little worried about Shigure. He got a phone call halfway through my visit, and after he came back he seemed...moody. He tried to cover it up with more jokes and playfulness, but I know my Shigure. I can tell when something is bothering him.
I don't know who was calling him that night, but I'd be willing to bet anything that it was Akito. Not to say anything disrespectful toward my Head of Family, but that man makes me sick.
Akito, wherever you are, stop calling Shigure. Even though he begs you to... Just stop. Stop calling him, and stop seeing him, and stop torturing him by making him love you and then throwing his heart back into his face, in pieces.
You're a hard, cold man. I'll never forgive you for what you did to Hatori, Shigure, my brother...
And I'll never understand why you showed me mercy on that day.
You are a contradiction.

Reasons I'm Wonderful
Hello! I know you all were dying to know more about me, so I'm going to share with you a brief list of my most obviously wonderul traits, so that your appetites for Ayame might be briefly sated. If you're good, you may get something else too!
1) I am Ayame.
2) I am perfect.
3) I am beautiful.
4) I have long, shiny silver hair that is the most unique color and texture to ever sprout from a human creature's head.
5) My golden eyes are hypnotic and riveting--they have brought many souls to tears of admiration.
6) I have a smile that can conquer the world!
7) My left brain is powerful and hard-working; I have produced more works of art with my little finger than many of the famous painters have produced in a lifetime, with all of their fingers!
8) I am humble and modest, even when I am being showered with compliments.
9) I am loyal to my friends.
10) I have incredible staying power.
11) I have a knack for knowing exactly what turns a person on.
12) I am able to consider others before myself.
13) I volunteer every other Saturday to work at the local charity--for free!
14) I always have a smile that lifts the spirits of others, even when I have had a hard day.
15) I give one-tenth of my profits to charitable causes; something that is hard to do when you have as many bills to pay as I do!
16) I attend every New Year's Celebration at my family's house, even though they treat me badly.
17) I have inspired many otherwise-hopeless people to follow their dreams and never give up.
18) I am an excellent cook.
19) I am an amazing dancer.
20) I practically raised my little brother all by myself, because my abusive mother was too concerned with her social calander to pay attention to either one of us!
Yes, this is only a very small fraction of the many amazing qualities that I possess. Fear not--there is more to come later!

I love my friends Shigure and Hatori. They are great people. You should talk to them! Hatori is very busy, just to warn you... so don't be crushed if he doesn't have time for you! He has time for me, of course. I'm his best friend!
I love my brother, Yuki! He also loves me. In fact, he idolizes me! This year he showed that he wishes to follow in my footsteps by becoming the student body president at his high school. I'm afraid he has some awfully big shoes to fill--I was the most unique student body president there ever was! Everyone was in love with me. They still are!
Well, I just wanted to offer you a brief introduction to the wonder that is Ayame. That is not all there is to me, not by far! Be true and I may reveal more in good time...
